Attention passengers with small children: Our minivans require that all children who would normally be required by the state of Alaska to be in a car seat in a vehicle must have one. We do not supply car seats for guests and children are not permitted to ride on laps. Patrons who ignore the warning and cannot complete their trip due to adequate required seating will not be refunded.
Pricing for boat tours is per passenger and the maximum capacity is 6 passengers including any infants. Please make sure you list the age and size of all passengers so that we have adequate life vests aboard for your party.

CANCELLATION POLICY
PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your booking. The balance invoice arrives by email one month before your tour. Unpaid balances result in cancellation. Book within one month of the tour = full amount due immediately.
CANCELLATIONS
90+ days out:
50% refund (minus deposit).
Within 89 days:
No refund.
Mechanical issues or weather preventing the ship from docking:
Full refund minus processing fees. Refunds issued within 10 business days.
